The staff members at the front desk were exceptionally helpful when I checked in, ensuring the process was quick and smooth. However, the carpeting in the hallways was stained, creating an unwelcoming ambiance. I also encountered some issues with housekeeping. I had to ask multiple times for clean towels, which interrupted my plans. Although my room was spacious, the furniture showed signs of wear and needed some attention. Overall, the balance between great breakfast choices and the need for better maintenance was apparent during my stay.

Family with children not impressed

The room was clean and the bedding comfortable, but that was as good as it got for us. Thankfully, the staff figured out a way to get us a cot after we complained about the lack of beds! They wanted to charge us for it but waived that after we stated our case!

We were under the impression we'd have enough beds for everyone, and that certainly put a damper on the trip, especially after a long drive.
